Annette Vais is the Senior Vice President of MyStepsUP Ltd. She is also one of the founding partners and is overseeing the company through its global expansion along with the principal owner, Mr. Amardeep Chandi. 
Originally from Guyana, South America, Annette immigrated to Canada at the age of six where she settled and currently resides in the city of Toronto. Having completed her studies in Accounting and Financial Management, Annette has over 15 years experience in the network marketing industry and she is widely recognized by many in the field for her talents as a master recruiter.

Annette’s believes in constant self improvement has enabled her to develop a winning attitude towards life, family and business by taking self development, motivational and educational courses. She balances a highly productive lifestyle through her passion for living each day to the fullest as well as her love for dance, music, literature, and spending quality time with friends and family who includes her caring and supportive Greek husband and two wonderful teenage children.

The President of MyStepsUP, Amardeep Chandi, has a background in engineering and was born in India and is considered by those who know him as a very humble man, but a man that is a visionary leader.

Already a successful businessman, Amardeep, along with his partner Annette created a company that is designed to assist anyone with drive and ambition, regardless of financial status, the ability to afford continued education and expand their knowledge within an environment that is rich in diversity, talent and ideas.  They believe that success is a constant strive to do good and that education is the key.

In business, loving what you do significantly increases your margin for success and makes it so much easier to get through the tough times. Amardeep and Annette share the right mind set. Future Aspirations….

MyStepsUP aspires to produce the best, most affordable and reliable online educational courses for its members who want to improve their professional skills or simply continue their education without sacrificing personal, family or career commitments.

MyStepsUP has several beginning stages that include producing online educational courses, creating offline centers in major cities in Canada that are designed to bring added value to online members and new members, as well as plans to work with Polytechnical Institutes, Colleges and Universities to bring more accredited courses online and future aspirations to create their own University through MyStepsUP.

The MyStepsUP Affiliate Program presents a huge potential for members to not only succeed personally, but financially, by giving every member the opportunity to Learn and Earn by spreading the word to all of their nearest and dearest.

Giving back….

Not forgetting the needy and underprivileged, MyStepsUP also plans to work with many charities as well as nonprofit organizations and is keen to seek means to donate to the Hospital for Sick Children in downtown Toronto.

Sharing the same views and beliefs that children are the future, Amardeep and Annette envision a future where they will create more offline centers that provide the tools necessary, such as computers, to give children the resources needed to acquire an education in many third world countries.
